Christmas at Princess Elisabeth Antarctica Station

This week, the team celebrated a wonderful Christmas at the station with a delicious meal prepared by long-time cook Christine Mattel. A wooden Christmas tree made from leftover wood and decorated with Christmas crackers brought festive cheer, while Antarctica guaranteed a true White Christmas. After the celebrations, the team is ready to continue supporting science and new projects into the New Year.
