Installing an Antenna for the DROMLAN Network
One of the last jobs of this 2013-2014 season at Princess Elisabeth Antarctica was to install a high-frequency antenna at the request of the Dronning Maud Lan Air Network (DROMLAN) to improve communications between research stations. Having installed a number of antennae in the field already, the experienced International Polar Foundation team stepped up to the challenge.
