New Team Members Arrive in Antarctica

Following ten days of intensive work to prepare the three-kilometre-long runway at Perseus International Airfield, seven new crew members and three scientists successfully landed on December 19th to begin their Antarctic mission. On the same flight back to Cape Town, eight BELARE team members who had completed their work for the season departed, marking a key moment of crew rotation at Princess Elisabeth Antarctica Station.
