
Upgrading the Solar Thermal System
This week, the team replaced the original solar thermal panels that have been heating water at Princess Elisabeth Antarctica Station since 2009. The new panels, shipped to Antarctica for this season, ensure continued efficiency and reliability of the station’s renewable energy system.
