Success of the First Construction Phase - Press Conference

We have just received information that Alain Hubert and the last members of the BELARE 2007- 08 expedition will arrive at the Brussels-International airport in Zaventem on March 10, 08 00 am. They have accomplished an historic task one week ahead of schedule: successfully completing the first phase of the construction of Belgium's new Princess Elisabeth Antarctica, the world's first-ever "zero emission" polar research station.

Come and celebrate their return at the arrivals terminal of the Zaventem airport of Brussels. At 9 am, a press conference held in the "Regus Skyport Meeting Centre" (access map in attachment) conference room will go over the various stages of the BELARE 2007-2008 expedition and present the rest of the year's program, until the official inauguration of the station in February 2009. Construction, trip and daily life will lead to exclusive conclusions presented during this return conference.
